What to expect

  • Crystal-clear, filtered water

Sessions run for 75 minutes. Move between the heat and the cold at your own pace, or join one of our silent, social, women’s-only, sleep-reset or bring-a-friend sessions, all on the timetable. Sessions are mixed unless marked otherwise, and swimwear is worn at all times.

What do I need to bring?

Just swimwear. We provide towels, and there are showers, lockers and changing rooms on site.

How long is a session?

Sessions are 75 minutes; in most you move between the sauna and cold plunges at your own pace.

What does a session cost?

The intro offer is three sessions for £39. A single drop-in is £17 off-peak and £22 peak, and memberships start at £45 a month with no contract.
