Sauna and ice bath on North End Road, Fulham
A big, properly hot sauna and four cold plunges, a few minutes from Fulham Broadway. Your first three sessions are £39.
Pulse Club Fulham was our first club. It opened on North End Road in February 2026 and has built up a regular crowd since: people from Fulham, Parsons Green, West Brompton and Hammersmith who come before work, after a run or on the way home.
Lots of them come on their own. Some sit in silence for 75 minutes, some get chatting to whoever is on the next bench. If you are new, tell the team on the desk and they will walk you through it.
The sauna runs at 85 to 95°C. The four plunges sit between 3 and 10°C, so you can start with the warmest one and work your way down.
Sessions run for 75 minutes. Move between the heat and the cold at your own pace, or join one of our silent, women’s-only or sleep-reset sessions, all on the timetable. Sessions are mixed unless marked otherwise, and swimwear is worn at all times.

We are at 340 North End Road, London SW6 1NB, a short walk from Fulham Broadway station (District line). Buses along North End Road stop close by.
It is an easy trip from Parsons Green, West Brompton, Chelsea and Hammersmith.

Daily closures: we close for maintenance between 10:45–11:30am and 4:30–5:15pm.
We also open later on Wednesdays, at 11:30am.

Just swimwear. We provide towels, and there are showers, lockers and changing rooms on site.
Sessions are 75 minutes; in most you move between the sauna and cold plunges at your own pace.
The intro offer is three sessions for £39. A single session is £17 off-peak and £22 peak, and memberships run from £45 a month for four sessions up to £139 for unlimited, with no contract.
